Peter Morden

Treasurer

Hi i'm Peter Morden I was asked by Kenny Lindsay to take up the post of treasurer vacated by Mr Cubitt. I have lived in the village since 1973 after moving from Surrey.

From 1973 until 1997 I taught German and later Spanish at various schools and colleges in the area. After early retirement I continued to ba a Spanish tutor. I ran classes for adults from 1997 until today in Great Yarmouth, Martham, Caister and Norwich.

I am 65 years of age and live with my wife Chris in Orwell Crescent nearly opposite Kenny, I have two grown up daughters,my wife works at the Millennium Library in Norwich.

We have always shown an interest in the village, and have been involved in playgroups, The Church, with Summer shows and other fund raising activites.

Gardening is a particular love of mine.

We decided to spend our retirment in the village we had grown to love, as we now have more time to spend we hope to involve ourself more in the life of the village.
